GLITR Privacy Policy

1. You hereby grant your consent to City street games s.r.o., Kaprova 42/14, ID No.: 06555683, registered in the public register kept at the Municipal Court in Prague, file number C 284235 (hereinafter referred to as the "Controller"), to process the following personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) No 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (hereinafter referred to as the "Regulation"):

◦ the name of the company
◦ e-mail
◦ telephone number
◦ Facebook account information
◦ Google account information
◦ Location of the game, including geolocation data
◦ How to use the app
◦ Information about the start, progress and completion of the game
◦ Photos taken during the game operation
◦ Team name

2. The personal data referred to in Article 1 of this consent to the processing of personal data may be processed on the basis of the consent given by you and is necessary for the purpose of resolving complaints, sending commercial communications, exercising complaints and any withdrawal from the contract and improving the game itself, the functionality of the application and the application device, as well as for the use of the company's web and online presence on the platforms 3. These data are also required for contacting you in case of technical or other problems, evaluating the game and its completion (winning), sending the result of the game to the specified email address, solving problem situations in case of non-functionality of the game on a specific device, non-functional software and technical support. Contact details are also kept for sending test questions after the game is completed and for sending any discount coupons for future games. This data will be processed by the Administrator for a period of 5 years.

3. You give your explicit consent to the above processing. The provision of personal data is voluntary. Consent can be withdrawn at any time, for example by sending an email to info@glitr.cz , filling in the form on the website https://glitr.cz/ or by writing to the contact details of City Street Games s.r.o., Kaprova 42/14, Prague 1 - Staré Město, Postal Code: 110 00

4. a) Providers of basic software (Windows operating system - Microsoft, MacOS - Apple), providers of web platforms (Social networks - Facebook) b) Possibly other providers of processing software, services and applications, which are not currently used by the company.

◦ request a copy of that data,
◦ request access to that data and have it updated or corrected,
or, where appropriate, to request a restriction on processing,
